Answers to Your Questions
We need to check it first. A few broken tiles or a gap around the chimney may only need a repair. If the covering and the layers underneath are worn across a large area, replacing the roof may make more sense. We show you photos and explain what each option would involve, so you can decide with a clear idea of the work and the cost.
The price depends on what is damaged and how we can reach it. Replacing a few tiles is a different job from repairing the timber underneath or putting up scaffolding. We inspect the roof and give you a free written quote with the costs listed. You can see what the repair includes before you agree to any work.

The weather and access to the roof affect what we can do on the visit. We will explain what can be done straight away and what further repair work is needed.
